Should I choose vinyl or mesh?

Solid vinyl gives the brightest print. Mesh lets wind pass through, so it is the better pick for fences and open, windy spots.

Can you add grommets or pole pockets?

Yes. Tell us how the banner will hang and we will finish it with grommets, pole pockets or both.
